We are a small brand starting out in the world, we aim to do it right first time but sometimes that doesn't happen. We inspect all our goods before they are dispatched and only send items we would want ourselves.

However sometimes things don't fit, aren't the right colour or not what you expected. If you are happy we are happy but if for any reason you are not satisfied please see what to do below, or contact us on returns@greenthomas.com

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER / THE SMALL PRINT

Since June 2014 Consumer Contracts regulations came into effect in UK Law, this replaces previous distance selling regulations.

Your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance rules that all contracts can be cancelled from the moment you place your order and within 14 Days of receiving the goods. It also rules a timeframe that all refunds have to be credited within 14 days of the goods being returned. 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Green Thomas product purchased from our online site, you can return them for a refund.

(We cannot accept returns for items purchased at locations other than this site, for example those purchased at a retail stockist or at another online retailer. Please contact that retailer directly) 

They need to be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all labelling intact which is pretty standard stuff.

Returning items will be at the customers cost. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Green Thomas Limited  cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Once we get your package we aim to refund you, using the same method you paid within 48 hours, and no longer than 14 days, and will email you with confirmation.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange the product for another product please let us know by mailing us on  exchanges@greenthomas.com , please state you order number, date of purchase and what you would like to exchange it for and we will check and see what we can do, if there is a difference in price we will sort that out.
