This is the HERO MIX scarf. An offbeat combination of oranges, blues and mustards.
We were commissioned to create our Hero Mix Scarf as a limited edition run of just 12 pieces commission as part of the Made in Glasgow by Local Heroes project which brings together a selection of the city’s leading designers for a public exhibition to coincide with the hosting of the Berlin / Glasgow 2018 European Championships.
Local Heroes mission is to show the world what contemporary Scottish design really looks like.
We saw this as an opportunity to experiment with colour and use some bolder brights. Knitwear doesn't have to be dull. Available online here and at the pop up store in Glasgow for 28 July - 12 August 2018.
A generous sized scarf can be worn on a cool Autumn evening or as a pop of colour on a dull winter's day. Looks equally nice draped over your favourite armchair.
Made from beautifully soft 100% Merino Lambswool sourced from a family run mill that who have been spinning quality yarns since 1766.
Knitted for us by a small artisan business in the Scottish Borders.
